How are credits charged?

Generation costs credits; editing costs only what you actually change. Reorder scenes or restyle the video and nothing regenerates. Rewrite one scene and only that scene's model call and voiceover are charged. The estimate is shown on the generate button before you confirm.

Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from this page. Upgrades take effect immediately and any credit difference is prorated to your account; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, so your current plan stays active until then. What languages can the generated videos be in?

Any language the video needs to be in. The script is written in the target language rather than translated into it, so the language you publish in is the language you write in — the picture, captions and voice are built together for that language. Switching language between variants is one of the five replaceable dimensions of a concept (alongside hook, presenter, product and aspect ratio).

Do I need video editing experience?

No — and that is the point. You work with the script and the scene list rather than a timeline: changes are made in three panels (variants, script, canvas plus settings) and you see the result as you go. Rewriting a line, swapping a presenter or a product, or reordering scenes is the kind of edit the editor was made for. Framing, pacing and the rendering queue are handled for you, and every change is undoable.

What do credits cover?

Each pricing card lists exactly how many script variants, images or seconds of video your plan's credits cover — credits per script variant (30), per image (5) and per second of video (5) are fixed across plans, and the cards show the count each plan's credits buy. The same unit pricing is why extra versions of the same format only need re-rendering: a second script variant is cheaper than the first because it skips the model call.

Do I pay again if I change something?
