Most people who make video for a living already know which formats work. They just cannot produce them fast enough. BrandU closes that gap. Paste a link to a video that is already working, and it comes back as eight structure parts: script, shots, captions, voiceover, B-roll, effects, pacing and format. Rebuild each part with your own product and voice, and what you are left with is a reusable production workflow instead of a one-off file.
Why we built it
The teams we talk to describe the same week every time. They know which format is working. Getting the next version of it live still means a shoot, an editor and a queue. The decision is made in seconds and the video arrives in weeks.
Generating from a text prompt does not close that gap; it trades one problem for another. A blank prompt is a lottery: every attempt costs, and what comes back is rarely the thing that was already working. What was working was the structure — the order of the argument, where the hook lands, how the shots connect.
So we kept the structure and threw away the rest. A reference video goes in, comes apart into eight structure parts, and each part is rebuilt with your product, your claims and your voice. That is the whole product: not a faster way to make a video from nothing, but a way to stop starting from nothing.
