This notice applies to the BrandU Club service. It explains what we do with your personal information when you use our website and platform — and how you can limit what we collect.

When you use BrandU Club, you must be able to trust that your privacy will not be sold. We value that trust, and we aim to be as clear as possible about how we share — or "sell" — personal information.

How Our Services Work

BrandU Club is an AI video generation platform for short-form commerce video. The workflow is:

  • Start from an existing format — paste a link to a video that already works, or choose a template.
  • We rebuild that format around your own product, script and brand voice.
  • You edit the script and the scene list in the browser. There is no timeline to assemble.
  • You generate several variants of the same concept and download the finished videos from the tasks page.

To run the service we process the content you give us and the usage data generated by your account. We do not sell that personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising.

Advertising Signals — Current Status

We want to be precise about where we stand today, including the part that is easy to misread:

  • We do not currently run advertising campaigns, and we have no Google Ads account linked to this site.
  • Our analytics setup does send Google's advertising consent signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization). These are wired so that advertising measurement can work if and when we start running campaigns.
  • Those signals are denied unless you explicitly accept the marketing category in our cookie tool. They are never enabled by default.
  • We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we have never done so.

If you decline the marketing category, those signals are set to denied, and we will continue to honor that choice.

Cookies on Our Website

When you visit our website we use these third-party tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 — traffic and usage measurement.
  • Microsoft Clarity — aggregated interaction analytics, including session replays. Input fields are masked by default; other on-screen text may be captured.

These tools receive your IP address, device type and other metadata. Because we cannot control that data once it leaves our service, certain U.S. state laws define the use of analytics and tracking technologies as a "sale" of personal information. We disclose this so you can make an informed choice. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in our footer.

Your Choices and Account Deletion

You have the right to ask us not to sell or share your personal information. Exercising that choice may limit how well we can serve you, but you can keep using BrandU Club.

  • Change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
  • Close your account and have your data deleted.
