Checklist
- Your email address, Full Legal Name, phone number, and your payment profile in the payment processor, are all entered correctly with no misspellings.
- Your social handles are linked to the correct platforms.
- You are posting BrandU links in line with our brand’s T&Cs, the BrandU T&Cs, as well as the FTC Guidelines.
Common violations that will result in removal for noncompliance include but are not limited to:
- Posting content on your social media impersonating another creator, by using their content, name, or likeness.
- Posting under fake profiles using stolen images.
- Misleading content such as “I bought 10!!!”.
- Not including “affiliate marketing”, #ad, or #sponsored.
- Masking your traffic or trademark bidding on key terms.
- Creating multiple BrandU accounts – you should only have one account.
- Being linked to a removed user either directly or indirectly.
- Harassment or vulgar behavior towards BrandU support staff.
